SKIPTON CANAL BOAT RIDE WITH LUNCH

BOOKING FOR THIS EVENT HAS NOW CLOSED.

I have arranged for us to repeat the 3 hour Canal Boat cruise with lunch on board from Skipton on 22nd August. Conditions permitting, we will be sailing in the other direction - towards Gargrave.

Maximum 46.

A coach has been booked with pick ups at -

Fink Hill 9 am

Junction of Tinshill Road/Carr Bridge Drive, 9.15 am

Holt Park Asda Car Park  9.25 am

The coach will leave Skipton at 4 pm which will give everyone some time to look around Skipton.

The total cost including lunch and coach is £31.50.  You may book and pay online as this very popular event usually books up very quickly or pay directly by cheque made payable to Cookridge and Horsforth U3A. Members should log on to register as this is only available to U3A members.

If you would prefer to travel independently, please send a cheque for £19.50 which should be made payable as above and you must arrive at the departure point by 11 am.

All cheques should be passed directly to me - usually at a general meeting.

I will need your menu selection (see below) by 8th August at the latest.

Choose from Lakeland Ham, Pork Pie, Vegetarian Quiche, or a selection of sandwiches. Served with fresh salad, coleslaw, potato salad, with fresh-baked rolls and butter. Followed by Bramley Apple Pie and ice cream. Includes a pot of tea or coffee.
