Summer Excursion on the East Lancashire Railway

East Lancs Railway and Bury Transport Museum

 A visit to the Bury transport museum followed by a return journey on the East Lancs Railway: the round trip takes approximately 1.5 hours, with a short break at Rawtenstall whilst the engine changes position.

There will be  time to explore the Railway Museum and have lunch before embarking on the 1.00pm train, hopefully a steam engine but unfortunately this cannot be guaranteed.

After returning to Bury, we will make our way home arriving between 6 and 7 pm depending on traffic.

£29 includes coach, entrance to Bury Transport Museum and return trip on the railway Bury to Rawtenstall
