Police museum, mounted section

The history and changes to the Mounted section of the Police Force over the years.

David has spoken to us previously on the history of the police force. He brought so many items from the museum in Bradford we only had time to try out some of them like putting old handcuffs on and the changes to the truncheons. He’s a fascinating , enthusiastic, knowledgeable speaker So will be a great social morning. 
There will be so much we don’t know or never thought about. We will sit in the round with David and exhibits on a central table. So a clear view and involvement for all.
