Christmas at Leighton Hall

Delightful Leighton Hall, home of the Gillow family, dressed for Christmas.

An intimate tour of historic Leighton Hall, which has been a much loved family home and the centre of an agricultural estate since mediaeval times. Come and discover the history of the hall and how it has changed in appearance and size over almost 800 years.

Enjoy the famous collection of Gillow furniture and objets d’art, the gardens and woodland walk decorated for Christmas. The family lives here all the year round and look forward to sharing it with you.

On arrival, we will be welcomed with a mince pie or biscuit and hot drink.

After the tour of the rooms, there will be homemade vegetable soup, sandwiches and a hot drink for lunch.

After lunch we leave Leighton Hall for a visit to Barton Grange Garden Centre, where you will be able to revel in the Christmas spirit. You'll be able to  fulfil all your Christmas gift or decorative needs from their wide range of Christmas products.

Awarded Garden Centre of Excellence 2026, Barton Grange has everything you need to bring your home and garden to life. There are spectacular festive displays and a large Lemax village collection.
